Returns
We allow returns if your order is not up to standard in terms of quality including bad sewing/cutting, spoilt zipper, missing buttons, measurements that don't match what's written on our site, are damaged (eg a hole, cut), or stained.
The softness of each fabric differs between materials used and is subjective. High-quality jeans may feel stiff at the beginning as it usually has a higher thread count. We do not allow returns if it's a change of mind and fabric reasons though. We would appreciate it if you do a check on the material stated before making a purchase.
We will refund the returns with in-store credits.
Exchange
Size exchange is doable. Waiting time would be longer as we will need to send the item back to our supplier and will manage all the to-and-fro logistics work. Need your understanding and patience here, so we would gladly appreciate it if you select the size carefully.
We will need you to bear the postage/courier fee of any return or exchange. For size exchange, there will be an additional $5 delivery fee for the new piece(s). Exchange can only be done once.

To return/exchange your order, please abide by these rules:
• Item has to be unworn and in original tags or packaging.
• Free of foundation or make-up stains.
• From a smoke-free environment.
• Free from any scruffs or defects.
• Free from pet fur.
