Return and Exchange Policy
Of course, we have that!
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. However, there are no returns or exchanges allowed for accessories, sale items and swimwear & bralettes for hygiene reasons.

Returns
Return if your order is not up to standard in terms of quality including bad sewing/cutting, spoilt zipper, missing buttons, measurements that don't match what's written on our site, are damaged (eg a hole, cut), or stained. We will refund the returns in-store credits.

The softness of each fabric differs between materials used and is subjective. High-quality jeans may feel stiff at the beginning as it usually has a higher thread count. We do not allow returns if it's a change of mind and fabric reasons though.

Exchange
Size exchange is doable. Waiting time would be longer as we will need to send the item back to our supplier and will manage all the to-and-fro logistics work. Need your understanding and patience here, so we would gladly appreciate if you select the size carefully.

We will need you to bear the postage/courier fee of any return or exchange. For size exchange, there will be an additional $5 delivery fee for the new piece(s). Exchange can only be done once.

• Item has to be unworn and in original tags or packaging.
• Free of foundation or make up stains.
• From a smoke free environment.
• Free from any scruffs or defects.
• Free from pet fur.
Order & Shipping Time
We don't carry in-stock and your order is purchased from the region.
The general rule of thumb is 7- 14 working days (within Singapore), unless otherwise stated. However, in the event of a reproduction, or delay on the supplier's end, there will be a delay and you will be notified of it. Of which, we will fulfil your order partially, and send the ready stock item(s) first at no additional cost.
International shipping is available! Deliveries will be done within 30 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Free delivery within Singapore for orders above S$80. Otherwise, a S$4 shipping fee will apply.
Free shipping for orders above S$300 to Malaysia and Asia, and above S$450 to the rest of the countries. Otherwise, the following international delivery fees apply:
Malaysia - S$14
Asia (except Australia & New Zealand) - S$18
Australia, New Zealand, Europe - S$40
United States & Canada - S$55
Rest of the world - S$60
NOTE: Delivery fees exclude additional duties, taxes or charges that may be incurred in your country.
